Spend an hour in the pool with a NAUI instructor learning how to achieve peak buoyancy control. The halmark of a well trained diver is how they are alwyas in peak buoyancy. A diver who achieves neutral buoyancy at depth conserves more air or nitrox, feels more comfortable at depth and is a safer diver.

We start from the beginining determning how and where your weights should go. Then we determine how much weight you really need. You probably need a lot less than you think. The course continues from there optimizing your techniques to achieve peak buoyancy control.

The course is done at the pool.
